Called when C-ITS (Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems) information changes. All callbacks are delivered on the main thread.

Called when C-ITS information is updated. aCitsGuide is delivered when one or more items change. Unchanged detail items in aCitsGuide are delivered as the same objects as before.
