RPFlag (Route Planning Flag) is an arrival link that enables accurate guidance to the destination point specified by the user.

Defines the RPFlag attributes to apply when arriving at the destination. Each attribute specifies the location of the arrival link, the road type, the method of selecting nearby roads, whether facilities are present, and so on. You can set a single attribute or combine multiple attributes as needed.

KNPOIRPFlagType_Right	0x01	Sets the arrival link so that the destination is located on the right side of the road
KNPOIRPFlagType_ExpWay	0x02	Sets expressways and motorways as the arrival link
KNPOIRPFlagType_MP	0x04	Selects multiple roads near the destination as arrival links. For example, on a road where several roads meet, such as an intersection, multiple arrival links are set at several points around the destination, and the trip is completed once the user reaches one of them.
KNPOIRPFlagType_Facility	0x08	Sets roads with facilities such as overpasses, underpasses, piers (bridge supports), and tunnels as the arrival link
